Andria Hladik
Hello! I'm Andria the Founder of MMELA, and for over five years, I dedicated myself to providing top-notch in-home childcare services right here in Bailey. With a background in business management and finance, my journey into childcare was sparked by recognizing the substantial demand within our mountain community.
This realization led me to establish Mountain Minis, a place where I merge my expertise in business management with a passion for nurturing and educating children. My primary goal is to offer exceptional childcare services while ensuring the best educational experiences for our little ones.
Living amidst these beautiful mountains is a dream come true for me. When I'm not ensuring the well-being of the children at MMELA, you'll often find me immersed in the great outdoors alongside my husband and our daughter, camping, fishing, and savoring every aspect of mountain living.

Ashley Aycock
I have almost 10 years of experience in the early childhood education field, where I’ve had the opportunity to grow through a variety of roles including teacher, float, cook, bus driver, administrator, assistant director, and director. Each position has given me a deeper understanding of what it takes to create a supportive, nurturing, and well-rounded environment for both children and staff. My diverse background allows me to step in wherever needed and lead with confidence, empathy, and a strong sense of teamwork.
Throughout my journey, I’ve discovered that my true passion lies in working with children and being part of their everyday growth. There is something incredibly rewarding about watching children learn new skills, build confidence, and experience the world with curiosity and excitement. I strive to create a positive, engaging environment where children feel safe, supported, and encouraged to be themselves.
I value building strong relationships with families and staff, and I believe communication, consistency, and kindness are key to a successful program. I take pride in creating a space where everyone feels welcomed, respected, and inspired to grow.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors, finding ways to stay creative, and appreciating the little moments in life. I’m always looking for new ways to learn, grow, and bring fresh ideas into the classroom and center.
I’m passionate about what I do and feel grateful to be a part of such an important stage in children’s lives.
